Founder & CEONathan has spent more than a decade in digital marketing and managed over £9 million in ad spend, mostly for brands other agencies would politely call “complicated”: global CBD and seed brands, arena and stadium tours, and ecommerce in categories where the ad platforms don't make anything easy.
He's run email and paid campaigns behind some of the biggest live tours in the world, including Harry Styles' Love On Tour with SJM Concerts and Stormzy's Heavy Is The Head with Live Nation, and built digital programmes for Cookies and ILGM, two of the biggest names in CBD and seeds.
Email is the discipline he'll talk about until you change the subject. Cracked Media is a Klaviyo Partner, and Nathan has personally built the flows and campaigns behind arena presales, seed bank launches and seven-figure ecommerce stores: welcome series, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and campaign calendars people actually open. His view hasn't moved in a decade. The inbox is the only channel a brand truly owns, and it's still the most underpriced asset in marketing.
