What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address and message, used to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Klaviyo Email Bible download: your email address, used to send you the resource you asked for and occasional marketing emails about email and digital marketing. Legal basis: consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email. The site is hosted by Netlify. Marketing emails are sent through our email platform. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the conversation and any work that follows. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe or we clean the list, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled it badly. Email hello@crackedmedia.co.uk and we'll sort it, usually within a few days.
