The brief
Heavy Is The Head was a landmark UK tour. Big rooms, big expectations, and a campaign window where every hour of the on-sale mattered.
Live Nation brought us in on email and paid: fill the rooms, protect the momentum, and make sure the campaign reached actual fans rather than whoever the algorithm felt like showing it to.
What we did
We sequenced email around the moments that move tickets: announce, presale, general sale, last chance. Audiences were segmented by city, engagement and purchase history, so a fan in Manchester never got a London push.
Paid ran alongside as the amplifier: prospecting fans beyond the database, retargeting ticket-page visitors, and shifting weight between cities as demand told us where the pressure was.
The outcome
Packed arenas and a clean, controlled sell across the run. It's the kind of campaign where the work is invisible if you do it right. The fans just remember getting tickets, and the show.
